Coach’s corner

Arguably, the best overall player in the city, Lamar is a gifted athlete that can do it all. He is very intelligent on the court and off the court. He is a true definition of a student athlete. Off the court, he holds a 3.8 G.P.A. On the court he’s a leader. He takes over games when needed, has an excellent jump shot, and has the skill to take players off the dribble. He does things that most players his size dream of. He is a very versatile player. He can play many positions. Lamar plays with great intensity and passion on both ends. I look for Lamar to be a great college guard. He is a pleasure to watch.

Weakness

  • Continue to develop his ball handling skills.
  • Increase his speed and quickness.
  • Must get physically stronger.
