COACH DALE YOUNG
Coaching
gives me the opportunity to be a positive influence in the lives of our youth. Not only do I know the game, I also know what
it takes to lead a productive and meaningful life. A person must have work ethic, dedication, and discipline in order
to be a successful human being and basketball player. I've been around the game for approximately 20 years as a player and
a coach. I look at this as an opportunity to give back to my community. I believe that there maybe something I say or
do that will help a child get through the rough times in life on and off the basketball court.
My philosophy
is that youth need a positive and realistic perspective about basketball. Players under my coaching grow to be smart ball
players and also positive members of society. My goal as a coach is to get young people to understand that developing life
skills is very important. I stress the importance of education and I teach the game of basketball. Another goal I have
is that these players get major basketball exposure by competing on the National circuit. I would also like to
keep these players together on this team year in and year out. By doing this, we will help develop a life long friendship.
COACH ED EASLEY
Welcome to the home of Wisconsin Elite Basketball association
where we believe that hardwork and dedication is the key to success. We are founded on the principle that basketball is not
just a fun sport, but is a vehicle for inspiring young men to be responsible . During this season, each youth will be
given the opportunity to hone their athletic and leadership ability through tournament play.
It is
a personal belief that when young men lock arms as brothers, there is nothing they cannot accomplish. Team spirit, perseverance,
and a never give up, never lay down attitude is my personal philosophy for breeding a successful season. I am strongly opinionated
about parent involvement in the development of each player. Here, we are not just interested in developing players, but productive
young adults that will empower our community, family, and state.
COACH DARIUS STOKES
I grew up in the city of Milwaukee and graduated from Washington High School
in 1987. Basketball has been my passion since I was eight years old. I am still playing the game to
this day. One of my goals in life was to one day be a basketball coach. I am now the proud coach of the D-1 Allstars
basketball team.
My objective
is to firmly implant the idea of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyality, courage, and respect for authority within the youth
I teach. It is very important that they become well adjusted, healthy, and trustworthy adults. I believe that if
our youth are involved with sports, it will help them to become productive individuals. Our organiztion teaches
all youth the importance of trust and respect of all people regardless of their race or gender.
As a coach I am committed to making a difference in the communities we live and work in. My goal is to promote
the interest of basketball in a fun and positive atmosphere where winning is not the primary focus. My aim is to assist
our youth in building skills for a later basketball career.
